Todays Breakfast and Last Night's Dinner

Now that we are out of Rexburg, Idaho fresh produce seems to be much more abundant! I am loving it. Although, it is a little strange seeing as we are living out in the middle of the desert now. As of late, if I am not enjoying one of my delectable green smoothies for breakfast, my next best option is an assortment of fresh mixed berries.I can't wait to pick my own in Virginia soon!
